A 12' single-wall kitchen laid out by our own kitchen designer the way the shop specifies a rental: 30" wall cabinets, room for a 30" refrigerator and a 30" range with a microwave over it, no crown moulding, no dishwasher, no pantry.

- Appliances — we don't sell them. The plan leaves room for 30" refrigerator, 30" gas range, 30" microwave (built-in).

- Freight: quoted to your address and confirmed with you before anything ships. Shipping & returns
- Sales tax: NJ sales tax is added at checkout for NJ delivery and pickup.
Where this plan is tight
The designer checks every plan against the NKBA kitchen guidelines. A kitchen this small can't meet all of them; this is what it says:
- Work triangle is cramped (refrigerator to sink): That leg is 45". The NKBA guideline is at least 48" so two tasks aren't fighting for the same spot.
- Not enough counter beside the sink: Counter beside it is 18" on one side and 15" on the other. The NKBA guideline is 24" on one side and 18" on the other.
