This explains what Fieldsta Services LLC (Wow Cabinets) (711 State St, Perth Amboy, NJ 08861) collects on wowcabinets.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Delivery and billing addresses.
- Order details: what you bought, prices, delivery choices and order notes.
- Kitchen designs and quote requests you save or send us, including photos or sketches you upload.
- If you create an account: your login email and a securely hashed password.
Card payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe; we never see or store the full number. Stripe tells us the card brand, the last four digits, the billing address and its fraud checks, which we use to confirm and protect your order.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order (including sending it to the cabinet maker and the delivery company).
- To answer your questions and quote requests.
- To prevent fraud.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed for warranty, returns, disputes, taxes and our accounts (generally several years). Saved designs stay until you delete them or ask us to.
