Shipping & returns

Cabinets ship flat-packed (RTA), or assembled if you choose it in the cart. The cart asks for your delivery ZIP and shows the delivery before you pay.

Shipping

• Your order ships in 1–2 business days after we confirm it.

Forevermark

• Within about 75 miles of the Edison, NJ warehouse (all of New Jersey; New York City, Westchester, Rockland and Nassau; Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, Lehigh and Northampton counties in Pennsylvania), delivery is a flat $150.00 per order, charged at checkout.
• Farther away, the freight is quoted to your address and confirmed with you before anything ships.
• Assembled prices are shown on each cabinet when you choose Assembled. Assembled Forevermark cabinets ship to any US address; they are bulkier, so freight usually costs more than flat-pack, and we'll confirm the freight before anything ships.

American Royal

• For now American Royal delivers to New Jersey addresses only.
• The delivery is quoted after your order and confirmed with you before anything ships.
• Assembly is included in the American Royal price: choosing assembled costs nothing extra.

• Delivery is curbside (tailgate). Delivery above the ground floor must be arranged with us in advance.
• A cart with both brands shows each brand's delivery on its own line.

Sales tax

• New Jersey sales tax (6.625%) is added at checkout when the order is delivered to a New Jersey address or picked up in Perth Amboy, NJ. It is charged on the cabinets and on the delivery charge; freight we quote later for a New Jersey delivery is taxed too.
• Orders delivered outside New Jersey are not charged sales tax.
• The tax follows the delivery ZIP you enter in the cart, so use an address in that ZIP when you pay. If the address you enter is in another state, we'll contact you to put the tax right before anything ships.

When it arrives

• Check every box before you sign for the delivery.
• If a box is missing, write it on the driver's delivery slip.
• Report any damage to us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

• Unopened flat-pack boxes, in their original packaging, can be returned within 60 days. A 25% restocking fee applies, and you arrange and pay the return freight.
• Cabinets that have been assembled or modified can't be returned.
