    • Delivery in our local zone (all of New Jersey, parts of NY and PA): $150.00 an order, or free when the Forevermark items come to $3,000 or more. The cart works it out from your ZIP.

    • JWQ Cabinetry (assembled): usually 2 weeks.
    • Outside our local zone, the freight is quoted to your address and confirmed with you before anything ships.
    • Delivery is curbside. Check and photograph every box before you sign.
    • Check every box at delivery. Write any visible damage, missing box or wrong item on the driver's delivery slip before you sign.
    • Report any damage to us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, before you assemble or install anything, including damage you find inside a box after you signed. We replace the damaged part.

Common questions

How long does delivery take?

Flat-pack in New Jersey: usually 2–5 days. These are estimates, not promised dates.

What do “flat-pack” and “assembled” mean?

Flat-pack comes in flat boxes and you put it together. Assembled comes built, ready to install (New Jersey only).

Can I return something?

In short: unopened boxes can come back within 60 days of delivery. Contact us first. A 25% restocking fee and the payment processing fee are deducted, and you pay the return freight.

What if something arrives damaged?

Check every box at delivery. Write any visible damage, missing box or wrong item on the driver's delivery slip before you sign. Report any damage to us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, before you assemble or install anything, including damage you find inside a box after you signed. We replace the damaged part.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel for a full refund until we place your order with the cabinet maker. After that, cancelling costs a 25% restocking fee, and we deduct the payment processing fee on the refunded amount. When your delivery has to be quoted, we send you the freight quote before we place your order with the cabinet maker. If you don't accept it, we cancel the order and refund you in full, less only the payment processing fee.
