The shaker — a flat recessed panel in a square five-piece frame — is the most versatile and comes in the most colours, from both companies. The slim shaker (Forevermark's Petit colours) is the same idea with a narrow ¾" frame, for a more modern look.

The stepped shaker (Gramercy) adds a stepped inner edge before the panel. The raised centre (the Town colours) puts a bevelled, raised field inside a shaker frame, and the raised panel (Signature Pearl) is a traditional raised panel inside an applied moulding.

What's the difference between shaker and slim shaker doors?

Both have a flat recessed panel in a five-piece frame. A shaker frame is about 2½" wide; a slim shaker's is about ¾", which reads more modern.
